Palm Guest House - Jerusalem

Room was large, with a fairly clean bathroom. We loved the local cuisine in the restaurant.

Property was incredibly friendly, with very friendly staff and magnificent location near the old town.

Exceptionally friendly place, cheap room, VERY VERY HELPFUL staff. Absolutely perfect and magnificent location in East Jerusalem district so close to light railway station as well as Damascus Gate in Jerusalem.

Location is unbeatable.

Make sure you stay in the double room with basic facilities. The stuff are very amiable as well as the owner.

It offered us magnificent location really close to Jerusalem old town and public transport.

The location was magnificent - near the communal areas where there was often someone with a guitar or other instrument, and next to bus station.

The room was fine and spacious, had comfortable beds. We were in a great and excellent location within walking distance of an ancient limestone wall.

It has particularly good location and good parking, and its adjacent to markets, next to bus station and Jerusalem old town.

The staff was not professional.

This place is absolutely mind-blowing! We booked a cheap room and got upgraded to a spacious hotel room. The owner was super friendly and let us leave our luggage even after we checked out. The terrace with free coffee and tea was jaw-dropping, and the location right in front of the old city gate was unbeatable. The staff were so accommodating and even upgraded our room for free since we were traveling with young children. There were plenty of restaurants nearby and a shop with good quality fruits and vegetables downstairs. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and the room was clean with a great shower. The free wifi was a bonus!
